Daniel Boulud is a French chef and restaurateur with several restaurants worldwide. He is best known for Daniel, his Michelin 2-star restaurant in New York City. Simon & Schuster New York asked me to design a cookbook for him. It’s a collection of 150 easy to prepare recipes divided into four chapters: La Tradition, La Saison, Le Voyage and Le Potager. The text is printed in one color along with full colour photographs. The typefaces used are News Gothic and Sabon.
